Description/Job Summary
The ideal candidate for the Security Professional position must be able to interact with customers as well as the general public and possess excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity to join Murray Guard Inc. , a dynamic high-powered security company focused on securing client properties while delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a security related field is preferred but not necessary. The successful candidate must have a High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Valid Alabama Driver's License/ID or License is required. You must be able to work an irregular schedule as required performing duties and responsibilities, to include working up to a 8-12 hour shifts, holidays and weekends. The successful Security Officer candidate is responsible for providing security services at assigned locations. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Foot patrol of interior and exterior areas of assigned locations
Observe and report suspicious activities and persons
Write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs)
Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance
As a condition of employment, successful applicants with Murray Guard, Inc. must successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
