Customer Quality Center Representative / Quality Analyst - Demopolis, AL28270 US Hwy 80 WestDemopolis, Alabama, 36732United States Career Opportunity:As a member of WestRock's Consumer Packaging Technical Sales Service and Quality Systems group, you will act as a dedicated inside service representative at our Demopolis mill site, focusing on investigating and processing complaints and providing technical support for the Consumer Packaging mills. You will be a member of the group that serves as the clearinghouse for all complaints in order to provide timely resolution and consistency across mill locations.How you will impact WestRock:As our primary point of contact when a customer experiences a problem, your job is to get the information, investigate the complaint, and work toward problem resolution so that WestRock customers' needs are met and exceeded. As a Customer Quality Center Representative / Quality Analyst you'll have a number of customers and will be responsible for assessing the severity and financial risks of each complaint, working with the customer to obtain evidence regarding the complaint, researching cause of problems and working toward resolution.?? First point of contact for complaints - both internal and external customer and vendor.?? Assess severity and financial risk of complaint, and alert others when appropriate.?? Work with customers and vendors to obtain details and evidence regarding complaints.?? Evaluate complaint to determine validity, cause, and responsible department. This includes determining compensation due and if product is to be returned.?? Respond to customer as required with cause, corrective action, and reimbursement decisions.?? Evaluate complaint activity and trends.?? Monitor workflow of complaint and activity to ensure timely completion and follow-up.What you need to succeed:?? Strong analytical skills?? Strong customer focus and service orientation?? Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills?? Organizational skills and detail orientation a must?? Excellent computer skills, with SAP experience a plus?? Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently but cooperatively within a cross functional environment?? Ability to effectively multi-task?? Ability to master the technical understanding of board physical tests and converting performance?? Paperboard, printing, converting, quality or customer service experience preferred?? Bachelor degree in engineering or business curriculum preferred.?? The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
